Besides
his dashing good looks, Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) is a brilliant white collar
criminal and until recently was clever enough to outsmart and outrun the law.
Then enters Peter Burke (Tim DeKay) an FBI agent devoted to the law with a
determination to capture the most cunning criminals.
Neal, who after being
outplayed by Peter, seems to always have a plan to get what he wants, convinces
Peter to release him from prison so he can work as an informant and help close
